Meet the Parents, Meet the Fockers, Wedding Crashers and other movies in the industry are a product of "Stolen Federal Copyrighted Materials" "stolen" by the defendants/respondents from this plaintiff/appellant in a premeditated scheme to deprive this plaintiff/appellant of his federal protected copyrights entitled "The Tenant" and/or "The Dysfunctionals".
Meet the Parents, Meet the Fockers, Wedding Crashers and other movies in the industry are a product of "Stolen Federal Copyright Materials" originally created and owned by Joseph Ardito and stolen by the defendants/respondents "Organized Crime Syndicate" in a premeditated scheme of depriving this plaintiff/appellant of his federal protected copyrights.
The Judge in this case barred discovery even though all of the characters, scenes and settings proved "beyond any reasonable doubt" that the defendants/respondents in this action had with premeditation and intent "Stole" this plaintiff/appellants federal protected copyrights and were guilty of "Verbatim Copying", "Plagiarism" in essence "Criminal Copyright Infringement".
"Discovery" in this case was a "Crucial Factor" and the linchpin in exposing the "Organized Crime Syndicate" and its members.
The barring of discovery in this case by the court was all due to the political connections, frauds and corruption that the defendants/respondents so brazenly relied upon to distort and manipulate written decisions by the court. The public should be aware that this is not only illegal in this country but violates the laws of other countries that are signatories to the "Berne Convention" destroying a fair and impartial system of justice all over the world, due to political connections, crimes, fraud and corruption.
These proceedings have intentionally violated the laws of the United States Constitution due to defendants/respondents links and connections to "Organized Crime". The defendants/respondents have a morale obligation to settle this case because they know these projects are a product of "stolen federal copyrights".

These defendants/respondents have intentionally ridiculed a "fair system of justice" because they believe they are above the law.
The District Court and United States Court of Appeals has violated a "fair and impartial proceeding" that is guaranteed by the Fourteenth Amendment of the Constitution.
This case not only violates the laws of the United States but the laws of Canada, United Kingdom, Japan and Australia because these
countries are all signatories of the "Berne Convention" and rely on copyright protection. These defendants/respondents are part of an "Organized Crime Syndicate" that has continually evaded prosecution and exposure all because of political connections and corruption in our court system that has destroyed and plagued a "fair system of justice" this has to be eradicated and abolished in the interest of justice.
